Thanks so much! Rae really puts in so much work to make this blog so amazing, and all we fellow dancers thank her. <3

First start off by asking your teacher, a professional opinion is always best. :) To strengthen your ankles I would suggest buying a Theraband (our ballet teacher had us get them and they help TONS). Pointe is a challenge but definitely worth it in the end, good luck!

We're trying too! We will get to them all eventually I promise! You'll get an answer much faster if you ask on here as apprised to the ask box.

We love picture submissions but in all honesty the likelihood of it posting are really low. Every text submission will eventually be made but we can't post every picture we get.

hahah It's weird how most people cringe at the thought of blisters yet dancers get kinda proud when we get them haha Congrats! WERK!

Gahh I know I do tooo :( I'm trying really hard to make a ton when ever I can and queue them so they last a while but obviously I'm not doing a very good job! haha <3 that's why Joelle is helping me out :)

Yeah it may take a little while to get back to where you were at but even if no one else believes you can do it, I believe in you. You can do it.

I use Paintbrush and I just played around with the colors untill I got a bunch that I liked.

I think it's a reallly amazing dance blog. The girl who runs it obviously puts a lot of time and effort into all her posts and we really respect. Dance blogs unite!

We take ballet, jazz, lyrical, and I (Joelle) take tap as well

I don't think it's a necessity but it's definitely a big factor. Ballet is the core of almost all dance forms, but I don't believe that the deciding factor of you being a good dancer depends on whether or not you do ballet. Hope this helps :)

Thanks so much! It's great to hear love from fellow dancers. :)

We dance at Tiffany's Dance Academy :)

Blah :/ I know the feeling! try asking your teacher what you specifically need to work on to get you out of the back row. Maybe even schedule some private rehearsals if possible. Good Luck!

We both dance at TIffany's Dance academy in Norcal. I (Rachel) am16 (almost 17) and Joelle is 15. At our studio we're intermediate/advanced but that's as high as the levels go
