I'm too literal with these questions. Does that mean A) I can only go to the restaurant once in five years or B) that it is the only restaurant I can go to as much as I'd like in five years?

If it's A then I'll pick a freaking awesome one. Maybe Chef Nobu Fukada's new restaurant and let him make me a menu.

If it's B, then it's a much harder choice because I'd want something that was really good but also had some variety so I wouldn't get bored. I can't think of anything that meets both those ideals. So, I'd probably pick something like Carrabba's or Gordon Biersch because they have some seasonal fare that changes, even if they're not really fine dining.

LOL! Yeah, I mean, if he's stuck with me through all the crap we've been through by now, he deserves to enjoy the good-life with me as well. I mean, how else do you know if someone really loves you till they have suffered through being poor and all it's consequences with you? :D

Dogs and/or birds. I am allergic to cats. That doesn't mean cats don't like me. I think they know that I am allergic to them because they do their best to "love" on me whenever I'm around one so I'll be miserable.

I've had birds and dogs since I was about 12 years old. Currently have 2 birds and 2 dogs in the house. The umbrella cockatoo I've had since she was 8 weeks old and she's now about 15 years old. Our oldest dog, a shihtzu, is 11.5 years old now.

That is a tough one. I grew up in a Republican household during the Regan era and he was revered. I liked him because he was the first president I was conscious of (I was too young to remember Ford in office), and I still picture him as a good guy and the epitome of "Republican" (even as the epitome of "PoTUS").

Of course, as an adult of independent political status, I know he wasn't perfect and he doesn't really represent what "Republican" seems to mean today. But he's still probably my favorite. I don't really know much about the current crop of Republicans other than the ones that are in the news for outrageous stuff, and I wouldn't pick any of them. It would be nice to have someone come along again that was good for the party and could pull it back to center. If it weren't for the extremists I would probably vote Republican again. But right now, with crazy people like Glen Beck and Sarah Palin as their representatives and agenda leaders, I can't put my support behind them.

Hmm... that's a tough one. He does lots of stuff that makes me roll my eyes without fail. And, honestly, rolling my eyes is smiling on the inside but being too embarrassed to smile on the outside.

He winks at me, grabs my hand in public and gives it a kiss, does his "Thinker pose" whenever I want to take a picture of him, says something stupid that he KNOWS I will have to argue with whenever he gets the chance...

As much as it looks like that stuff is just annoying the crap out of me, I know he does it because he loves me (and loves tweaking me) and I'd be very sad if he quit. SHHHH!! Don't tell him that though!

"Ride of the Valkyries" would just be too typical, huh? How about They Might Be Giants' "Birdhouse in Your Soul" instead. At least I can sing along and stay chipper while I'm mowing down the undead with my sawed-off shotgun. Yes, I will remember to double-tap.

A single favorite food? Not sure I can pick just one... so I'll break it down.

      Favorite fruit: cherry
Favorite veggie: tomato (yeah, I know, it's technically a fruit but I could eat them all day)
      Favorite meat: steak
Favorite fish: toss up between fresh hamachi (yellow-tail) and sake (salmon) sashimi
      Favorite dessert: creme brule
      Favorite breakfast: french toast
      Favorite sweet: caramel
Favorite snack: garlic hummus and naan bread

      Now I'm hungry.

Knowing full well it will never happen, I'd vote for Stephen Colbert. He understands the hypocrisy of politics so well that he does such an accurate parody of the Conservative Right that even the people he's making fun of like him for "supporting their cause". He knows how to work a crowd and organize people to push through his agendas and it would be funny if we were officially "The Colbert Nation".

Honestly though, I don't think there's anyone out there that really deserves to be the president. Certainly won't be a good option from the official ones we'll have to choose from. By the time you could run for office you're corrupted by power and celebrity. Politics always gets in the way of doing what's right. One day when we finally create a benevolent A.I. that will be worth voting for for President. Can someone please whip one up before 2012?

I suppose my favorite genre is Alternative, though that seems like a cop-out since it covers so many different styles. I like things with lots of layers and harmonies, with well-crafted lyrics and with lots of variety. I don't like repetitive stuff (like Techno), things with little creativity (like Pop) or things where the lyrics are primarily screamed instead of sung.

To watch or participate in? I enjoy going to the Phoenix Coyotes hockey games with my family, and usually enjoy sports if I'm there to watch in person. I don't like watching on TV though and I'd never go to a game alone. It's more about spending time with my family and friends. As for sports I participate in, I train in Aikido. It's a martial art and not really a sport though some people lump martial arts into that category. At the least it's a very physical activity!
