Before you got to your current life, how do you tell yourself NOT to compare/complain when you witness other ppl's life being all awesome and like so flawless, perfect... Everything smooth... How can we control ourselves not to compare? )=
It's ok to compare as long as it doesn't make your mood all depressive and full of hopelessness. It should fill you with drive, passion and longing, because you are capable of getting the same things you envy in others!
Just to illustrate a little story. When I was about 20, I read a girl's blog. She's Eurasian, smart, eloquent, very pretty, quite well known in the blogosphere then, and came from a rich family.
She had a handsome boyfriend and I remember she posted some pictures of them on a yacht, looking like credit card ads.
Back then I was meh-looking, single, from a poor family and my room didn't even have aircon. How can I ever compare? I would never have her life. Im not eurasian or modellishly tall like she is. And im so poor! She used to make me so envious. But I didn't let this get me down.
Fast forward 7 years later I found her blog again. My blog far eclipsed that of hers in popularity. She gained weight and is chubby now. while I have never stopped trying to look prettier she peaked - so I now win her in terms of looks.
No more credit card ad yacht photos. Im the one with a hot husband. She is now single and her life seems pretty boring. And mine's pretty darn awesome, would never trade with her.
Of course this doesn't mean you should just wish all the people you envy get fat and boring. It just means that if you should never stop trying to get the dream life you want! If a poor, midgety, big nosed girl like me can do it, why not you?

Do you think my situation is sleep paralysis too? - I feel my whole body getting cold and I feel like smth went thru my body and I can't move no matter how hard I try, can't even make a sound too.. I'm so scared everytime it happens :/
Yes it is. Try not to sleep on your back. Usually it only happens to me during naps, and I realise with a tremendous effort I can jerk myself awake. After that it's very tempting to just go back to sleep since I'm so drowsy but sleep paralysis will just happen again! So sit up and literally slap myself hard to fully wake up. After that if I fall asleep again I won't get sleep paralysis anymore.
Sometimes sleep paralysis is even coupled with hallucinations or nightmares! Worst shit ever! -
