Oh, I know just what you're talking about. And I have but it was whilst I was abroad. That's a lot more common in spain, france & portugal (probably italy as well, I'm not quite sure) but, it's different here. There are public swimming pools that stay open later but it's nothing like it is in france. The best ones abroad are the outdoor public free ones. Especially because they're usually used by local people. I've been to lots in spain. It's just too cold here, and it's just not that kind of setting, if you know what I mean. It's a shame though, they're great fun at night.
