First off, gotta say... love your writing! I love reading SWAN and listening to the music you picked! On that note, I had a question about one of the bands- Explode 16. I love their music, but can't seem to find anything about them. Are they local or new?

And Explode 16! Isn't that a mystery for the ages! We (the Cherry Doom ladies, that is) know very little about them. They aren't local to any of my areas that I know of, and they're definitely not new - I was given Explode 16's 'thunderstorm' back in 2004/2005 along with a small stash of other Johnny/Edgar themed songs that seem to be lone expressions of wonder with the implication that the songs had been around for even longer than that. Unfortunately, a Google search is the extent of my knowledge of the group and the song, though you may search the archives of Cherry Doom to see if we ever discussed it more thoroughly. I'm sorry I don't know any more!
