Hey! Whats really good about UQ is that you don't even need to book rooms! I'm not too sure if you can even book rooms but you definitely don't need to, because since there are SO many rooms, there are always empty ones you can use :)

I bought all my toners from Taiwan :( I'm pretty sure they'll have some sort of toner at chemists though! If not, you could try eBay :)

I was thinking about that too and apparently it is way more damaging to leave it in once for longer than twice for shorter time periods :)

I would say Jihae's skin is better. Her skin is literally perfect.

I bleached it twice for 15 minutes each time.

Thank you :) Um.. I think the toner works since my hair was a lot more orange before I applied it! I used the toner once after I bleached my hair, once after my 2nd time bleaching it and then once after I washed out the dye to get rid of most of the orange-ness. Um.. I don't think there's much of a difference between toners; they should all work the same :)
