This is actually something I have given a lot of thought... Apparently you do not count super awesomeness as a super power... I have narrowed it down to just a few.
First, super strength/invulnerability would be awesome. As a person with super powers, I would undoubtedly attract the attention of enemies... Probably people who would be jealous of my awesomeness, so super strength would come in handy in defending myself, but as I'm generally not a confrontational person, I could see this super power being more of a burden than anything else. People always want to try to beat the biggest baddest guy...
Second: flying would be awesome, but ultimately not very useful. And here is something I never understood about the flight super power... How do you go faster, screw up your face and tighten your cheeks, or just concentrate really hard? Flight by itself is not incredibly useful, it gives you the ability to avoid traffic, but if not combined with some other power, like super strength, good luck impressing that hot damsel in distress by catching that falling car or even sweeping her off her feet and carrying her off into the sunset.
Third: teleportation. It would BD awesome, but it'd make me fat and lazy... I'd never have to walk anywhere
Fourth: telepathy/telekinesis... Professor X style, this would be awesome, except for the fact that I'd never have silence, I'd always be in peoples mind... Wouldn't have a choice. Also, people do not think in complete coherent thoughts and sentences, plus peoples heads are probably gross places. Still, that'd be an awesome power especially with the telekinesis. Plus, if I was telekinetic, I could fly. I this is the super power I would go with.
