I'll start off with this, before I got to know the members, I fell in love with the songs. It wasn't until I got to watch more o their appearances that I got to know about them personally. My favorite aspect is that they are not robots but they have unique personalities.

So, the answer is everything, I like how they try to keep them in the loop with their fans, they may not seem popular recently but it can be a slight view to their lives as idols and people.
