I don't know if you'd call it a fear, but I'm really hesitant to try any blue cheese/roquefort/gorgonzola because of the mould! I would like to try it though, just to see if I like it - I guess maybe I'll have to taste it with my eyes closed?

Definitely Italian! I learnt Italian in Primary School from kindergarten to the 6th grade, but once I went to high school I pretty much forgot all I learn as I had to learn German and French.
