I am in love, I'm keeping myself busy, I haven't hurt myself in a long time, I have a job, I'm going to get my license soon, I'm going to college this fall. I am better but there is this pit inside that's draining me. I wish I could say that I am happy.
      (AKA - I'm good)

      How are you?

First of all, you can't screw it up. It's something called life and every decision that you make will be an adventure. I don't regret transferring to all the schools I've touched because I met some beautiful souls and learned so much.
One thing ou need to know about me is that I am severely independent. If I start to feel trapped, I go downhill. MSSD has wonderful teachers and a good system of education. It's situated in DC, an amazing city with a lot to do - that is if you want go venture out. It was the dorms that I hated.
At home you are free to set up your own schedule after school, but not here. Everything is planned out for you and many are required. You cannot go off-campus during the week and certain times during weekends. It's also a smaller sized school so there will be drama. Lots of it especially when you are with certain groups. Many other small things too but those are the main reasons.

Feel free to facebook me for more questions and whatnot. Good luck with your decision!

I have several. one on my ankle from running around as a youngster in a pile of sharp rocks. another on my knee from running and turning too fast on pavement with a layer of gravel. there's others but why should I tell you miss(ter) anon?

I've gone to three now. I'd have to say either MSSD or NYSSD because both literally changed my life and who I am. I'm grateful for it but neither is the kind of school/environment I want to be in. I may be transferring back to Arlington for my senior year. who knows. PS - why the anon? just curious:)

just one thing? the staff's approach to me, the food, not being able to set up my own schedule, feeling trapped when I just need to get out and breathe, the same thing everyday, being severely restricted because of PAST student's mistakes. I could go on.....
