I bought it at Winner's! I've also seen Ginger People products at Zehrs in the natural health section...

I bought my yogurt chips at the Bulk Barn, but to be honest, I don't know if they are organic....

Hi! I buy my flat out wraps when I go to Buffalo. Unfortunately, I've never seen them in the area although I know they sell them out west....

Really, the list could go on and on, but these are 3 of the many that I read each day!! -
I'm Italian, but my hubby is not. I find that I don't cook too much Italian food. I think it's because that's all I ate growing up and now I really like to explore other nationalities foods. When I do cook Italian, it's all from scratch. No cans involved!
Thanks for the question... -
Don't be silly, hun!!! At my age I kinda like to let them slide by a bit. ;) Hope you've been well and the sun has been shining!!! (((HUGS)))

Thanks for the b-day wishes! My fave cake is probably black forest.... ;)

HA! That's funny. I've never seen this commercial before. I wish I could say it was him, but it's not. ;)

This is a good question that has a simple answer. My daughter normally eats the same as me. My husband and son will NOT eat most of the "healthy" food that I make. If I can "sneak" items like quinoa into stews or chickpeas into chilli, it gets eaten. My husband is OK with turkey sausage every now and again, but not every time. He also feels that meat at each dinner is a must. My hope is that with time, my son especially, will start to eat more like I do just by seeing me eat it all the time. Believe me, if I could stop buying pre packaged crap cold turkey, I would. But it's not that simple when you have others tastebuds to take into consideration.

I am one of those lucky people who doesn't sweat much at all. I do bring a change of undergarments with me along with a damp face cloth and talc powder to freshen up. That being said, sometimes the gym is VERY hot and then I will cut my workout short to make time for a quick shower.

I order my PB2 from The Low Carb Grocery Store which is based in Toronto....

Oh, I am very proud to be a Canadian! I love that we have great health care and that we're a bilingual country. Although I complain about the winter months, I wouldn't trade having four seasons for heat year round. But you just asked for one thing, right? I better stop here! :)

He's OK with it. At first he thought it was ridiculous and he still doesn't read it, but he's gotten use to me doing it. I started using WLW back in the summer which cut my posting time down A LOT and he appreciates me not spending so much time at the computer. Also, I think some of the products I've received to try and review on the blog have helped win him over! LOL!

Actually, I'm the picky one. My kids and husband eat the same meals each night. They enjoy mac n cheese, Lipton Sidekicks, breaded food, meat, lots of pasta, etc. I'm not a big meat eater and prefer veggies and grains. My daughter will often eat what I'm having, but the boys are hard to change. My hope is that if they see me eat 'better for you food' each night, they'll eventually want to try it, too.

My favourite restaurant is a local one called Einstein's Cafe. The menu is small, the food is cooked fresh to order and the service is spectacular! It's situated in an old house and when there you truly feel like you're at a friend's place for dinner.

AWESOME! He loves the snow which I find SO weird because my other 2 hate it. It's fun to watch him play.
Hope Chooey is doing well... :) -
First and foremost would be my family. They're the most important, for sure.
But you did say "thing" so to that I would have to say books. Any kind of book. Reading is an essential part of my life as it calms and relaxes me. -
My hubby and I met through a mutual friend. He was actually seeing my then boyfriends sister! LOL!
We are done having kids. I was never lucky enough to have easy pregnancies, so we made the decision when I was pregnant with DS that 2 would be it for us. -
Hi! I bought the Chobani while in Michigan in the summer. We don't have it, or Fage or Oikos here in Canada... Bummer....
