I have heard of it. It has garnered the reputation of being the ultimate symbol of being a geek. I honestly don't know much about it personally except that it is supposed to be a very addictive strategy card game. I am interested in it personally and wouldn't mind learning about it one day...

I would like to go to one at least once in my life. I have been a fan of anime since my early morning dragonball z days before leaving on the bus for school. I enjoy the versatilty of being able to have an engrossing story or being just off the wall funny...some can do them both.
I would not perform any cosplay....just a little out of my league but to each their own I guess. I would however try to get as many pictures with cosplayers as possible. I have seen a couple of conventions like this on some youtube users channels and they seem like a good time as long as you don't mind standing in line and bring enough cash to pick up something you may see in a shop.

I have had deja-vu moments almost all day. Those are the days that I think I am about to die... or already dead. I read a short story two years ago that told a story of a couple who were having constant dejavu moments about their vacation. It turns out that the plane they left on crashed and they both went to hell. Some people believe hell is repetition...I can imagine why.

If you're referring to a true apocalyptic situation, I doubt anyone is prepared for that and just as likely wouldn't survive it. There are some things that a storm cellar/ panic room wouldn't protect you from. My reaction would likely be panic at first, then trying to run like a rat trying to get off of a sinking ship.

One interesting point that bothers me is that if I were to survive the "initial" happenings of this event, my next worry would be the other survivors. It is clear that people will regress to a more "animalistic" form when the guy with the biggest stick runs things. Though to be honest, that's how society exists in my eyes anyway: bigger army, bigger say in action. But that's just me...

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim!!
It's going to be on a birthday list for to save some cash. The only good/bad part that I have seen concerning the game is that it looks much "easier" than past titles. I have both Morrowind and Oblivion and from looking at Skyrim, it seems to be less of a hassle to survive, which also means that all of the combat has been simplified. I can't complain too much though because I was glad they made Oblivion an easier play because Morrowind was a giant pain in the 'ol balls to do ANYTHING! Because combat seems as though it was based on die rolls in the background, you could swing your weapon right in from of something and still be unable to hit it. It's difficult to level up when you can't beat a simple thug without abusing the idiotic AI.

As of recently, partnered youtubers are almost the only ones I have been watching. This is primarily because they know if they want more views, they have to play the newer games. Don't get all pissy; I use these LP's as a review for new games as I know that you can't trust what the game magazines say anymore. but I have been in this 'mode' before and I will likely switch back around the end of my current college term.
