Um it doesn't bug me so much because it helps out at editing my essays because I just naturally type the words with ou and I don't want points taken off. Also, I'm used to Word correcting things, hell my whole damn name is a typo to Word.

I live in the US so we are expected to spell in the US fashion. It's considered a typo here. I'm not bothered by it though. Spell check catches them. The only thing I will NOT budge on is IT IS SPELLED GREY AND ALWAYS HAS BEEN IN MY MIND. Also, I spell it katsup. That's how I was taught by my second grade teacher. Everyone else goes with catsup or ketchup. Try explaining that you are not spelling it wrong, that it's the original origin spelling to your dumb bunny high school english teacher. Thankfully it's not an often used word, but I wrote an essay about diners that year so it was brought up often.

Almost always. My 8th grade english teacher used the british spellings and I idolized her. So I picked it up then. I haven't been able to really stop since. I like the way they look better with the u's in them. My only problem is when I go to submit essays and things then it's a pain because I have to edit them out.

Awe thanks whoever you are! I was having a really bad night. Family matters. You know how it goes. Lovely is my favourite word so I am honoured to see you think it fits me.

I'm bisexual but yes, I use the term gay to describe myself at times. I'm not really into labels though. I like girls and boys and I'm going to love who I love regardless.

I have actually read a few of Hailey Abbott's books, but none of the Summer Boys series. One I can think of right now that I read was Getting Lost With Boys. I rather enjoyed it and Cordelia's character was spunky and very real. Actually my 16 year old sister who doesn't read AT ALL (not even her required school reading) will ONLY read Hailey's books. She has read the entire Summer Boys series and the new Summer Girls series (including the newest that just came out in May) in addition to most of her stand alone novels. She highly recommends them all. Also if you are looking for similar summer reads recommend The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han (the sequel just came out this summer) or Twenty Boy Summer by Sarah Ockler (It has a bit of a serious note to it but I absolutely loved it.) I hope this helps! Feel free to leave me any other book questions!

If this is a glee person I am tempted to say fromunda cheese just to see if I get a SHUT IT PUCKERMAN! response. lol But no seriously I like colby jack and farmer's cheese best. I'm not really picky though. Also cream cheese is GOOD.

LOL. I guess the answer is no, my cupcake is not frosted. (And no, that does not make it a muffin) and I think I can do the assigning on my own, but thanks for offering?

Cupcakes are made with cake batter and are typically more FLUFFY than muffins. Muffins tend to be "better" for you because they are usually made with nuts and fruit and wheat or bran. Cupcakes are just cake (white) flour and sugar and eggs and so on (cake ingredients).

This site does a better job of explaining that I do: http://www.englishforums.com/English/CupcakesAndMuffins/ghvm/post.htm
