I'll chose to limit "society" to online activity and predict that we will be doing more reflective practice. Longitudinal personal information—a sort of PEW Internet study for individuals—will become an expected part of the online experience. We'll start making use of the massive amounts of data we put out to better understand where we've been.

It is getting more and more difficult to define "boss" in a modern workforce, but I would probably give this prop to Kenn Crook at the Kelley School of Business. He introduced me to SQL databases and enhanced my understanding of Cold Fusion application development. Plus, a fun geek to talk to.
