that's all custom html actually. i basically just googled for an image of the different icons (e.g. rss, facebook, etc) and then modified them in an image editor so that they were the size i wanted. then i uploaded the pictures to a hosting site and added some linking html.

i know this explanation is kinda confusing... i can create a tutorial post and include some pictures to help explain. (it might take me a few days to get around to writing it up as i am absolutely swamped with wedding stuff. 30 days to the big day!)

i tried the face wash that came with it but wasn't impressed. i just use my normal face wash (Juju Cosmetics Aqua Moist Moisture Washing Foam) with it followed by the Mandom Beauty Barrier Repair Baby Moist Milk. i have a mini review of these products here: http://www.cuteandlittle.com/2010/10/japanese-skincare-haircare-haul-mini.html . and i don't have a skincare post but can certainly put one up sometime.

I think I just saw it and it looked cool. And it wasn't very expensive. I probably bought it at Claire's. :)

My daily must-read blogs are listed on my blogroll: http://cuteandlittleblogroll.blogspot.com/

But once I finish with that list, then I have about a 20 more blogs that I'm subscribed to and will try to catch up on. I also try and make sure that I've visited and commented all the people who have left comments on my blog too.

It's a never-ending process!! I swear my blog reader is never caught up. But that's half the fun. My boyfriend actually caught up on his blog reader once and he said "I've reached the end of the world. There's nothing left to see." I almost feel like I would feel that way too! :)

Surprisingly enough, I never knew about fashion blogs before this past summer of 2010. I have always been into makeup and watched YouTube videos frequently. It was during one of these times that I stumbled upon Jen's (FrmHeadToToe) channel. I then realized she had a blog and started following her blog. She would occasionally post her outfits, but it wasn't until she posted a UO peplum jacket and linked it to several other petite fashion bloggers that I discovered there was a petite fashion community out there! It was then that I discovered the Alterations Needed forum as well and realized that there was such an active community. I followed the petite blogs for about a week before I then realized I wasnted to jump on the bandwagon! And so here I am. :)

it's all me and my trusty Canon RC-6 wireless remote. :) there were a couple posts in the very early stages of my blog where my fiance helped me out, but it ended up taking too much time for him (and mornings are always a rush), so I have since figured out how to take my own pictures. the wireless remote is priceless! i highly recommend it for everyone who needs self-portraits!

We met in college. we both went to Rice University although I was a year above him. He actually lived in the dorm room directly below that of my current boyfriend at the time, so I would pass by his door quite a bit and we would always end up talking and hanging out. It also helped that he was also an Electrical Engineering major and we would end up seeing each other in the engineering lab quite often as well. We never dated through college as we were both in other relationships at the time, but started dating 1 year after I graduated and during his last year of grad school at Rice. The rest is history. We dated for 5.5 years before he decided to propose. :)

I take my pictures every morning before I go to work. It takes about 15 minutes and I experiment with a variety of different backgrounds on my rooftop in my effort to try and work with the way the sun is shining that morning. The sun is the hardest factor to have to work with. :)

haha, I really don't do it all, but I guess it's good that I give off the impression that I do. Here's a typical workday for me:
7:00-7:20am: get up, brush my teeth, wash my face, moisturize
7:20-7:30am: figure out my outfit for the day and get dressed
      7:30-7:50am: do my makeup
7:50-8:05am: take pictures for my blog
      8:10-5:30pm: work
      5:30-7:00pm: gym or yoga
7:00-8:00pm: dinner. my go-to meal is usually just sliced chicken, stir-fried with broccoli, and mixed with some flavor of Auntie Chang's sauce.
8:00-10:00pm: blog while sitting on the couch watching tv and chatting with the bf.
      10:00-11:00pm: catch up on blogs.
11:00-11:30: wash up and get ready for bed
      11:30: zzzzzz.... :)

Lately, I've also been doing lots of wedding planning. This usually happens over the weekend although I will send a few emails during the weekdays too.

Also, my work provides free meals for me, which is a huge help. It drastically cuts down on my grocery shopping and having to prepare meals ahead of time for work. It's definitely one of the most appreciated benefits of my job. :)

      Hope this helps!

Thank you! My name is pronounced like Eileen but with a K in front (it's a long 'I' sound). The Chinese characters are as such: http://zhongwen.com/d/179/x205.htm and http://zhongwen.com/d/172/x194.htm. The first character has the meaning of being triumphant and succeeding in something that you work hard for. The second work is really just there to add a nice sound to it. When said, it kinda has a nice ring at the end. So now you know the meaning behind Kileen. :)

Hm, not too much. The guys in my workplace don't really notice what I wear (although sometimes my boss may mention something) so I mostly just dress for myself and my blog readers now! I'm glad at least my workplace expects you to look business casual so at least my co-workers aren't just showing up in t-shirt and shorts (this was the case in my previous job!). Then I'd definitely feel overdressed everyday!
