I'm good! I just haven't felt very photogenic and haven't been wearing anything blog-worthy lately. I was diagnosed with a subchorionic hemorrhage and was on bedrest for a looong while, but it's gotten significantly better and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it's healed up by the time of my next sonogram on April 3.
I've actually been spending my extra time in getting the house ready for baby. Adrian and I had a huge list of things we had wanted to get done with the house and we're finally crossing projects off our list one by one. I'll hopefully be back with some blogging once things settle down a bit. Thanks so much for thinking of me! :) -
prioritizing! top of my list is always taking care of myself and Adrian. then comes my work and along with that I prioritize blog photos as well, although i do give myself blog breaks if i find that i need it (as i did recently over Thanksgiving). the shopping has been lowest priority and it's worked out as I'm trying to get back within my budget for this month as well as start saving up for Christmas gifts that I still need to buy. trust me, not everything on my todo list gets checked off everyday, but the most important things always get done. :)

thank you so much!! i actually just upgraded my camera to a Canon 5D Mark II and I use the 50mm f1.4 lens with it. i really appreciate that you enjoy my pictures. it's been a learning process figuring out how to do self-photography. it's not as easy as it looks! :)

I will have to write up a blog post. Thanks for a great question! :)

i find that a bit of hairspray really helps to keep the stray sprouts in place. i've been using a new Paul Mitchel Fast Drying Sculpting Spray and it works really well! HTH!

personally, i would still comment back on their blog just because they are taking the time to support my blog everyday. after all, i don't think it's fake if you are actually grateful that they are visiting your blog everyday. or, you can also choose to just respond to them on your blog. hope this helps. best of luck with your blog! :)

I get all of my bracelets and bangles from Forever 21 even though they are a bit big on me. Sadly I'm just too cheap to buy them elsewhere. I do know that Amrita Singh offers different sizes for her bangles and the size 6 might end up working for you. Otherwise, you might check out stores that cater to teens or younger girls as their sizing will also run a little smaller than average. There are also a few Etsy shops that will custom size bangles for you as well. Good luck!

I am, although it's low on my list of things to do. When I looked up how to change my last name, it looked like a seriously complicated (and costly) process! So I'll probably change it sometime in the next year or so... whenever I'm bored and want to spice things up a bit. :)

as a software developer, i'm probably one of the more stylish ones, but there are lots of non-technical people at my workplace who dress very well! it's definitely a good thing cause i love daily style inspiration. :)

The shoes are Steve Madden Tumbled Slingback Pumps that I bought from a Steve Madden store a few years ago. Unfortunately I don't think they're still being sold anywhere... (oh, and I do list the items that I'm wearing with every single post in case you're ever wondering in the future. :)

hm, i'm a 32B in bra sizes, so kinda average. i do normally wear a push up bra (VS Dream Angel) so maybe that's part of it. and i probably do stick out my chest a bit in photos. usually i try and just stand up straight and pull my shoulders down, but maybe in doing that i stick out my chest too (?).

omg, i'm so sorry i missed this question when you first posted! My wrist circumference is a little less than 5.75" and while the F21 bangles are big on me, they still stay on for the most part...
but that being said, if I do notice certain bangles slipping off my hand, i'll usually stack the bangles on the arm where I'm wearing a watch. The watch acts as a barrier and helps keep the bangles from falling off my hand completely. another idea is to wear a cuffed bracelet or smaller bangle and stacking the bigger bangles on top. the cuff or smaller bracelet will help act as a stopper to keep the bangles on. :) -
see my answer in the continued question. :)

i just feel like the pictures where i'm not looking directly into the camera are more natural and less "posed". i do look into the camera every now and then though. :)

well i don't walk a lot for my job (i'm a software developer and code all day long at my desk). i have worn them on a 3-hour long shopping trip and they're ok as long as I have my trusty Aldo Foam Instep cushions in them. :)
