No, you cant. It's better you see your doctor who can better assist you with your condition or refer you to a psychiatrist, to determine your necessity, dosage and appropriate treatment for your condition. Meanwhile, I encourage you to eat more bananas. They are rich in tryptophan, a precursor for Serotonin...

Ask yourself, what is it that you fear from others that makes you shut yourself off... is it the possibility that you might be judged as a failure, as a weakling or as incompetent? Reflect, is your fear of being a burden a function of an EXPECTATION, and who is setting the expectation, is it YOU or someone ELSE... and is that expectation, REAL or IMPLIED?
Do not shut yourself off from yourself.... ask yourself these questions, and perchance, the answer might just be there.
Remember, people are often not as bad as we think they are. -
Depression is strongly an obverse function of self-esteem. More often than not, by associating our identity with what we do, own, have or relate to... by associating our worth with what is fleeting and temporary... our sense of direction and purpose will also be the same, fleeting and temporary. Thus, over and above psychotherapy and anti-depressant medication, ON YOUR OWN, you can try to explore those aspects of yourself that transcend time, space and matter... in moments of silence and solitude, reflect on those "things" (and by this I do not refer to objects) that often haunt and inspire you... whether good or bad, inspiring or depressing, affirming or contesting... when you are able to ACCEPT without judging yourself for anything that has happened, when you are able to RECOGNIZE that everything and everyone that has passed your life has been there for a reason... THEN, and ONLY THEN can you start to befriend yourself, with less difficulty.
The great challenge is NOT to pass judgment on one's self. -

Incisive ka VIN, straightforward and no pretense type... dagdagan ko pa ng no inhibition type. You DEFINITELY know what you want, who you want, how you want, when you want, why you want, where you want.... yet at time you just let SPONTANEITY take hold of the better side of you. You ride the boat of life and steer your own helm. I haven't met someone as !!! as you are. That is why you are irresistible and compelling as well.
