i think i understand what you mean, so you want the note count to have the date beside it? like 11 notes // posted 3 minutes ago. that would be "{NoteCountWithLabel} // posted {TimeAgo}" so where in your html is the part about the notes, there might be something like "{note count}" just replace it with what i have said. i hope that helps :S im not sure how to get the exact date like, 19/04/10 you'll have to look on the theme docs page. :/
