It's not that I haven't finished but it's actually still in the process of being written. OTL. I apologize for that but currently, this study is under a pile of many texts that I'm writing for the academe. ;~;

You might want to check magnetic-rose.net! She keeps track of local events and while I'm not sure if One Piece is always involved, I'm quite sure there will be some OP cosplayers here and there. :D

Haaaaa~~!! I finally managed to answer your question! Here you go! I hope this gives you a clear vision on why I blog like... a crazy nut. @_@

Neither! But if it all boils down to what I can at least eat to survive the last few days on earth... I'm going with Anpan for 30 days. Ramen with tons of mayo is just lethal. Not even tonkotsu ramen can save that.

Oh god. And... then... the first thing that came to mind was "The Propaganda Movement" by John Schumacher S.J.. orz. that was scary. I think Anthony Bourdain's books are things that I'd read over and over again. I particularly love "A Cook's Tour." I'd definitely read that over and over again and never tire of it.

Outside the vision of two hot men bonking, none. BL at its core is as tricky as choosing which manga to buy. There are times when you get golden stories that approaches romance in a non-fantastic way, and then there are those that are just really really pointlessly funny, and then there are those that rips your heart out like a great tragedy. I love it in the same way I love manga. It can be quite simple and complex at the same time. I can also hate it like manga where there ARE TONS OF STUPID BL titles, but it has its moments. The two bonking men is just a plus. ^_~

Iciak, you ask the hardest questions but I love you for it. *hugs* Well, I lived through a fit of chadness when I was in my first university. I like computers but I don't think the profession for me. I quit school and started working and it was at that time that I thought that maybe if I went back to Ateneo and took a shot at History maybe I could be a teacher or something. And I realized this while I was making tall non-fat lattes in starbucks. orz. And the moment when I wanted to be a historian was in my sophomore year where I had gazillions of history classes (Jap history, Euro, China, etc. etc.). I realized how little I know and how much I wanted to know more and how much I loved it even if I was buried under books and readings. At the same time, some might find this arrogant, but at that time I felt that I could contribute something to the academe. My teachers were not short of their encouragement and they were very helpful and I learned (and still learning) a lot from them. <3

In Tuscany. Drinking wine, eating cheese and steaks, licking gelatos while chasing after young bo- *cough* I mean... yeah.

I think I was around 5 or 6 when I really had a keen interest on History. Blame it on Indiana Jones, really. After my dad brought me to watch his film, I just became fascinated with old stuff. The next thing I've been doing I've been watching and reading books on Nazis, Egyptology, etc. etc. etc.

Why not? Being a man is not bad.

So far... uhmm... Love Revo. Maybe I can relate to the whole ugly duckling thing. And maybe because the dialogue's really funny. XD

That's nice and specific. I love you iciak! For me, I'm totally in love with Ryoma Sakamoto and Kondo Isami. They have to go in tandem for some reasons. First, Ryoma Sakamoto represents to me the hardship of a samurai who has to give up his tradition to embrace modern times. It's rather interesting really how he was two steps ahead of his colleagues and quite a cool character with his smith and wesson. On the other hand there is Kondo Isami who was an honest man who did EVERYTHING to protect tradition. To me they represent the struggle of samurais during the Meiji Restoration.

Hi Yuecchi. I... haven't tasted Okaka onigiri. I have tasted however Shake and Umeboshi and I prefer shake onigiri the most. ;3;

Alo Midori! Do I know you? If the world will end NOW, I will grab my copy of Pasyon and Revolusyon, get a bottle of viognier, sit back and enjoy the chaos unfold. Okay no. This isn't what happened when our world almost ended, but yeah, mainly, I will make sure all of my friends are safe and alive, ask their plans, and then do as above. Maybe invite my loved one to my side.
