Honestly, stay away from these guys. Even if he meant well, he is only your boyfriend and has no rights of laying his fingers on you. Think about it, if your parents don't even do that, why would you allow your boyfriend to beat you up just to correct your wrong doings?

If he meant well and wants you to change for some reason or another, he would talk about it. Explain what is wrong and find a way out with you. Seriously, I have this thing about guys laying their fingers on someone just to solve their problems.

And honey, you are a lady and people tend to look down on us. No matter what, don't give in to them. Don't make yourself look easy. We have to stand up for our rights. In order to be heard, we need to be strong and firm. Most importantly, respect yourself.
