Kohl's usually has the most stuff I like. Other than that, I go to Goodwill/other thrift stores, Hot Topic, online, and get stuff at concerts.

I haven't spent a lot of time in various cities, really, but I'd say Madison simply because it has the most places to shop ♥

I'm just gonna list the stuff b/c I tried answering this going into detail and it went foreeeevvvveeerrrr. I would:
-Reform immigration/toughen border security both in manpower and law.
-Get THE FUCK outta Iraq. And WTF are we STILL in Germany and Japan btw? Just sayin'.
-Enforce harsher laws for Methamphetamine use/possession/intent to sell and try to AT LEAST decriminalize Weed.
-totally redo the welfare and disability system so that people who REALLY deserve it and need it get it, not the leechers.
-Try to bring back the gold standard.
-actually LET companies fail.
-make punishments as harsh as humanly possible for murderers, pedophiles, rapists, etc.
-Legalize gay marriage.
-Totally reform the FDA to make inspections MUCH more strict and make them not try to hide things from the public.
-Lower the drinking age to 18.
...*phew!* That's a lot of crap, but if I couldn't get it all done, I would DEFINITELY reform immigration. If I could only do JUST that, I'd be happy as hell. -
Yes. JUST FOR THE HELL OF IT. Also, I'd probably make a better president than most people who run, which is REALLY not saying much.
