You are invited to a large cocktail party at a country club. When you arrive, the room where the party is being held is already over half full of people. How do they react to you when you enter the room?
What usually goes down in situations like this, I know half the people in the room so that half would take it in turns to come say hey. The other half don't know me but I know them, and when that happens there is a reason they don't know me so I keep it that way.
