Oh that's a difficult one. Everyone has their own ways of doing that. The easiest way is to usually talk about it, and try and find the real causes to why you think it. You can always use evasive techniques but these won't really be "accepting" it, but help slow the process and make it easier to do. It's not going to be a simple one-day thing. It's a long process, and you can start by just doing little things each day which make you feel better or do something for someone else. Just try and enjoy life, it's your life. If you don't enjoy your life at the moment, change it. It's in your control.

I know the feeling, and loads of people have down moments like this, but you have to learn to accept it and learn to love your life. The stem of most fears come from a fear of death. Learning to accept it will come is hard, but if you can it is a huge weight off your shoulders. Spending all your time worrying about life prevents you from living. If you want to go a bit deeper into it, i'm always willing to listen, whether it be by formspring, facebook ,or even face-to-face or on the phone. :)
