The Table (http://www.tableproject.org) is one of my clients, so I'm incredibly biased. ;-) But I've been impressed by the interaction that happens with an intentionally limited social network. The privacy and community creates more interaction. People are willing to open up and share more. I think the key is that it's not Facebook or a private social network--they each have their place. You can't turn your private social network into a ghetto and never reach out.
