About 20 times max. They just pile up. I logged in the other day and had over 2,000 to catch up on. That's after leaving it for a few days of traveling. >__<

I first took a shot of myself with the recipe book in my hand for the background layer, then several shots of the other objects being held up where I wanted them. I then composed them in photoshop and using layer masks I got rid of the parts where I'm holding the objects... so I was left with lots of objects floating around. I then added some more movement with the motion blur tool. That's it really!

I've never actually broken a bone or had a major accident before, even when I was a child I was far too careful. So i suppose the most physical pain I've ever endured is being punched in the face? .. that's never a pleasant one lol!
