I would ask if it really mattered what form I or anyone else believed in it as so long as we believed. because my understanding of God has been evolving into something else, something greater in my opinion, but something different. It's a little frightening because I want to believe it's the same God from one form to the next, but for some reason people like to separate their religions and spiritualities from one another and I'd like to know whether it's all different interpretations of a more fluid, limitless energy.

sadly, I don't have one. and I don't think I would have one? I don't like the idea of pets - maybe animal companions, but the word 'pet' really bothers me. and I don't really see what's so great about unicorns...

but I guess if I did have one, I would name it something with a z and an a-e kinda sound... it would be really effeminate and exotic.

NICARAGUA. now whether it was the bridges trip in '08 or '10 is a good question...

yes, I have a (rather secret) special place in my heart for eminem <3

uhhm, easily that time a large and rather sturdy friend of mine saved me from being sucked under a giant rock when we tried to swim to the cove in Nicaragua three years ago. (fuckyeahriptide!) I secretly referred to him as 'my savior' for months after that, ahaahaha.

either that, or that feeling at the height of an anxious, existential crisis - because at the time, it really does feel like the scariest fucking realisation of your life. (even though it's practically the same one every time.... lmfaoo.)

I used to be, but it's slipping now. It has been for a while, and it makes me really sad

I'm actually not sure where to go from here in that regard, y'know?

    8. katyaxxmaarie

probably my brother and his friends, heh.
I'm not much of a poet, sorry mate!

sounds like fun, though ^ ^

I am currently procrastinating. see, I'm supposed to be cleaning my room - I took everything off any surface and put in on the floor, organised it and am in the process of finding new homes for everything... but I lost my place and downloading music and spelling out some raging emotions on tumblr (being a total girl...) is a lot more interesting right now, ahahaa.

      heehe you obviously don't.

well, to an extent I believe that. I think for anyone with a decent amount of concentrated passion, talent and drive, that can be very true if he/she seizes the right opportunities and takes chances and such and such. I doubt that's true for anyone, though... and I don't think it's a matter of 'trying hard enough' in the slightest, either.

MY MOM USED TO BE OBSESSED WITH 24. I always loved mondays growing up because it meant that I got to stay up an hour later since she was not to be bothered. I never really got into it, but it's pretty exciting listening from the next room ahahahaa.

I don't think I've ever watched the first season though. of that or ER, maybe one day I will! :3

      awww that's sweet!
      why're you so anonymous, girl?
what's that gunna do for you?

ahahahahaa. do something about it! ;) x

      in a heartbeat!

depending on how interesting I found them, there's probably already some minor attraction if I thought they were pretty, because I'm weirdly attracted to people that intrigue me.

well, I find most people to be some sort of pretty. so scratch that bit, haah.

ALADDIN AND MULAN. my brother and I were able to recite the entire script from memory at some point, it just never gets old!

I want to say that bad things happen to good people because if they don't victimise themselves they can learn from them and become stronger individuals, but at that point I doubt it's about whether or not they deserve it. Maybe something bigger and uglier amounts for the luckier "bad people" and vice versa? I want to say that the universe has its way of working itself out, but I think that's more of a faith-thing than something I can base on observation and fact.

Honestly, I wish I could tell you because I'd like to know for certain too.

    18. katyaxxmaarie

I'll tell them what I believe; I slightly doubt that what I believe now is definitely what I'll believe by the time I'm old enough to have children inquiring about my faith.

yes, to the extent that you can't get to your future without your past. If your past is not present somewhere in your mind then you would continue making the same mistakes you made before and have a very hard time moving forward. At the same time, however, it is important to distinguish between having the past present in mind and dwelling on the past. It's impossible to go anywhere if you're spending too much time thinking about where you've been.

Jesus was a carpenter and a good soul. I'm not really sure what I believe, to be honest. I'll let you know when I figure it out for myself?
