Mostly because my wedding was over, and when it was my interest in weddings dropped off significantly. I kept making wedding-related posts for a while after, but the editor(s) at WB stopped putting them up. I was OK with that though, for many reasons (the eHarmony takover being one of them).

She actually came with the name. We didn't have a name picked out at all, but then when we found her at the Humane Society she was already called Roxie and we decided since she was a cute, leggy blonde we'd just add "Hart" to the name - after Roxie Hart in Chicago.

If by "natural" then you mean "Clairol Natural Instincts", then yes. But my real hair color is actually an ugly no-color that's equal parts red, blonde, and brown and is all parts disgusting. So I'm really just playing up the red aspect that's naturally there.

I keep a whole list on my Blackberry and every time I encounter a good one I add it to the list. And I'm sure it will surprise you to know that I have an elaborate system of qualifications - no names that are rapidly becoming more popular, none in the 100 most popular, no common Biblical names, no one-syllable names...

It's theraputic! Repetitive and meditative. And softsquishy yarn - so many beautiful colors and textures - is wonderful. And I'm compulsively productive, even in my free time :-)
