I've lost two grandparents since January. 2011 blows. But I did survive the first year of my first real job, so that was pretty great.

I think my love of music and desire to do something with it inspired me to be a teacher. A good teacher is strong-willed yet open-minded, selfless, firm but respectful, and endlessly patient.
