My husband had it custom made. Just go to any jeweler and pick out a few discs and chains. Each of my discs are on separate chains that are then connected at the clasp. I had the lengths changed from symmetrical to asymmetrical because I want them to look like separate chains. Make sense? I was thinking of adding a charm to the necklace with the baby's initial....my daughters think that is NOT FAIR to the baby...but I am pretty sure I will win, since it's MY necklace. Good luck.

It was surprising that it actually worked because our first 2 were first-try success and we have tried bunches since Lolly was about 2. Why not now? No good reason. I am very close with my sibling who is 9 years younger than me. I know from my own family experience that the gap is not a huge deal. J thinks the baby needs a buddy--- we'll cross that bridge when we come to it!

I think anywhere is a great place to watch it as long as you get there early enough. Our strategy is to set up camping chairs around 6 and then the rest of us arrive at 8. East or west side of the street depends on your accessibility. We come from west, so we sit west. For inclement weather, identify blocks with scaffolding!
