Avocado oil sounds rich. I'll probably like it - I'm very fond of avocados. I'll dig around the shops at the weekend, and see if we have such extravagances in Scotland.
I think in order to fully experience the benefits of olive oil, I should make myself a rich bolognese at the weekend :) -
I don't think there's one single thing I like to cook - I like experimenting with different flavours, or new recipes.
Tonight I enjoyed cooking toasted haloumi with balsamic glazed onions and chickpeas, with some pak choi thrown in for some vague health. Then drizzled some extra virgin olive oil over the serving, because I don't want it to be *to* healthy.
