Well now, I don't think you're not good at saying it. I don't think anyone is really 'not good at saying it.'
You're probably thinking you're not good at talking like a movie star - and that's okay! Because what's important is you open up your heart, and show this person something really honest, about yourself, about how you feel. It's about being able to trust them entirely with this knowledge, with the knowledge that they matter enough to you to hurt you, even if they're not trying to.
It's important to do it your own way. It's important to try. It's important to share and show, however you can. Even if you feel a bit awkward. Don't worry about those moments. They pass. -

This is a question that seems well-regarded as being highly intense and meaningful, very deep and interesting, a sort of question that casts the moral soul of our world against the backdrop of these modern days with an intense and sharp focus, the recognition that the world is not so simple as we think, and that maybe we need to gruffly roll our cigars, scratch our beards and order someone else to do something truly horrible to someone else where we don't have to watch it, in order to make ourselves feel more comfortable about what we need done for our economic designs. It is a question that these men consider to be worth discussing, consider it to be the source of a discussion because you can't give it a hard rule.
The answer is "No." It is a very, very simple question and when you think it's not, you show the frailty of your own moral character, your lack of understanding of humans and your own weakness. It is saying "Torture must work, because it would work on me."
It is a tool of cowards, sure that they are fighting cowards. -
Consider this inverted.
Do you like the idea of Ariel Ablaze keeping her eventual psychotic break that might hurt your mother a secret? -
