LOVE Planescape Torment. Easily one of my favorite games. It has a much darker, grittier tone than I'm used to working with. It's a style I'm not sure I can write. But the story is incredible. I had a lot of fun working my way through the game, from the overarching plot to the small details.
The mime that really was trapped in an invisible box is still one of my favorite concepts. -
Mutants and Masterminds would be fun to try in Planescape. The customization would let you tailor your character to accommodate a lot of the "weird" that Planescape has.
Otherwise I'm not terribly picky. I am willing to play in almost any system as long as the game/story are compelling. -

On average probably 3-4. In actuality it varies. Anywhere from a whole evening to just a couple of quick sketches. It depends on how busy I am and how my mood is.

I have more disappointments with video games than PnP RPGs. Let's see...I'd say my biggest disappointment has been the Final Fantasy series since, oh, about Final Fantasy 7 or so.

I was hesitating because it's a huge time-waster and I already waste too much time!
And yes, I do but it's so much fun! It's like a bacon cheeseburger. So tasty but too much of it will kill you! -
Do you think games like Exalted detract from the value of doing cool stunts by making them too easy?
asked by CanageekI am a huge Exalted fan so I am biased! But I think Exalted encourages it instead of detracts by rewarding cool stunts. I think it promotes thinking beyond just the character sheet.

No problems with either. I like to know what I'm getting before I put money on it. Especially books, which I could read in a store before buying anyway.
