I do know and like the people who post! As for running a message board..... ehh, the jury is out. I've never liked the idea of message boards but it seems to be sort of a necessary evil. Being in my position it's nice to have some influence on it so it at least sort of reflects what i'm going for. And it's nice to be able to step in and do something if people are being shitty to each other. I dunno though, I'm still pretty uneasy about the whole thing...

it's important. there's so much potential. where else can weird kids find acceptance and a sense of community and pride? there's something about it... it's ours. we run it and we're responsible for it. i feel like it's a type of safe haven where no matter what no one in the real world can touch us. it's dorky but i really believe in it. and i believe things can be better and am determined to try to make them better hand in hand with my friends.
