i don't use it but have been thinking about it. so far i haven't had the need, but i guess it's like insurance, you have it in case you need it in the future. i'd use it mostly to get my lenses cleaned. if you go for it, let me know if you think it's worth it.

contracts are so important. in my contract it's stated (in a more eloquent manner than this) how many photos will be delivered and that I don't guarantee to capture any particular photo and further, am not responsible for how people look in the photos. even if a bride has a shot list the contract states that i'm still not responsible if the shot isn't delivered or up to JHP standards. i've only had one client (my first wedding ever) ask about a particular shot she remembered being taken which wasn't delivered. hope this helps.
