Are you really going to try to use Titus 2 as an over arching command that each church must have multi-generations present in order to be a church?
That's not only a stretch but I believe it's what they call eisegesis...the practice of introducing one's own ideas onto and into the text.
If we're going to call anything sinful I think that would fall into the category.
As a Campus Minister I take your prayers for us as a back handed jab...with a dose of I'm further up the pastor ladder than you. No thanks!
