The most helpful book I have read, which is now my favorite, is Natural Cures - by Kevin Trudeau.
This book has changed my life.
Please disregard the "smear campaign" against Kevin. He exposed the truth, and they launched a smear campaign to target him. -
Well, sadly, Paco followed Leo outside over the holidays and didn't make it back inside the house. He passed away. It was very upsetting.
Prior to this, Ricky, Leo and Paco lived harmoniously together.
If you have faith in your pets to do the right thing and never doubt their behavior.... if you EXPECT them to act harmoniously and with positive vibrations, they will. There was never a doubt in my mind that the three of them wouldn't get along - or that Ricky (being a cat) would try to get Paco (parakeet). Therefore... it never happened and they all loved instead of antagonized one another. -
My favorite thing to do on a day off would be... take a long walk or hike with Leo (my dog), spin, and then yoga or pilates, healthy cooking, and to simply enjoy the moment.

I plan to live over a hundred more years, so I have no clue which song at this early point in life.
