I am an Eastern child born in the center of Western civilization. I do not take thought for granted. I question it at its most basic foundations. I watch as our cities, once great Metropoli turn into sinking Necropoli and I wonder where the great and hopeful futures we once dreamed have all drowned. Nice question hommes. I get asked this frequently, even by people of my fellow Korean heritage because while I do look Korean, I speak Japanese fluently, and I generally do not partake in many common Korean practices, like being angry all the time for example, or being an asshole whenever I travel because the kimchi's shit. I do not play golf. I do not treat women as lesser beings to their face. I don't have an umbrella on my person at all times. I don't treat Koreans who don't speak Korean like utter shit. I'm not a materialistic person who believes the brand I wear on my back defines my status. I don't take school seriously. I am open about my love for sex and drugs, with most people I meet. I absolutely despise judging people. It makes me hate myself for being a shitty person. I reject much of what defines the Korean culture as my great grandfather did before me (He rejected many confucian principles which laid down the foundations for both North and South Korea's constitutions i.e. equal rights for women, no more hair length requirements etc.) So by blood, I am one of the purest of the pure Koreans you'll ever meet and by culture, I absolutely believe in change and evolution. This is why you may have me confused with another type of Asian.
