That's a good question.
That age group seems to do best one-on-one. They build their own communities within the church. Online relationships are rare unless the individual is particularly technologically savvy. Facebook seem to be the most accessible, and then I've noticed that they limit their involvement to other individuals rather than groups or organizations. -
Nope. My incisors work just fine.

It was Batman. The Michael Keaton one.

I'll answer those in reverse order.
I evaluate the tools I use personally by their potential to simplify and streamline my life. Simple as that. For example, I use Hootsuite for my PC-based social media management because I am able to schedule updates, sync across multiple devices, and have access to multiple streams at once. In fact, we are about to enable Hootsuite access across our church to enable our other office staff to update our streams.
Time will tell with G+. I believe it is important not to usher in new technologies to those not interested in using them. That is why we use Facebook more than Twitter - More active users. As technologies catch on, I believe their viability increases. G+ is too new to invest time and resources.
Thanks!
