Yep same as portra 400
-
you won't get that look and even if you are exposing kodak portra like you do 400h, it does NOT look like 400h. i shot some fuji stuff recently as i remember said color palette and i got it back and wanted to poke my eyes out. i'm not a fuji fan. i love the bold colors and warmth of portra.

shooting portra 400 and pushing 1 stop will NOT look like portra 800.
here is portra 400 exclusively

and here is portra 800 exclusively (same subject matter/lighting situations)

yeah, good luck with that. i wouldn't touch that film with a 10ft pole. there is no place that i know of that will process it in small batches. and the debacle of a lab known as ECN-2 is a joke. i bought film from them and sent it to them back in oct and have received NOTHING. so in my opinion, shooting that film is not worth the hassel. i'll stick with my portra 400 and portra 800.

um, it would have to be REALLY dark for you to be getting that reading (1/15th @ f/2 with meter facing subject and bulb out). there is no way you'd get that reading outside. indoors maybe, but not outside during the day...
-
oh for sure. shoot the crap out of it. actually, no, it is absolute crap film and you should mail it to me immediately :).
-
sure. you should test it out though yourself to make sure it is a look you like.
-
i would not use a reflector for big group pictures and rarely use a reflector. i have a 5 in 1 (gold/silver/white/black/scrim) and i think it is 4ft? not really sure but i mostly use it for the scrim. comes in handy to get rid of splotchy light.
-
pretty much the same camera except it is square. super cheap camera and great way to get into medium format. and hello leaf shutter...
-
no, i have the screen it came with, just sent to Bill Maxwell of Maxwell Precision Optics to brighten it.
to my knowledge, they dont make aftermarket/off brand focusing screens for the contax. -
your lab. and the scanner, which is technically your lab.
here is a whole wedding on kodak portra 400 and not one ounce of it is yellow :

no alternates whatsoever, you have to find a contax one.
-
natural light, film, and a blush brush my friend :).
-
does not take 220 and takes 35mm. which in my opinion is meh.
