      hey joe, trying to manage friends. wen tot account manager to edit friends. went to pull down menue next to friends name and it does not open. want to add them to a list. jewel

      Hey Jewel,

      Is this in Facebook? or iChat? or where?

      In FB, click on friends in the side bar, then Create List, the select the friends you want in that list.

      In iChat, create a Group, then drag friends you want in that group.

      If it's not those two, let me know what program you're in!

      Is it possible to have language without syntax?

      Interestingly enough, while you may think language is based on syntax, most communication is done via body language (70-80% by some studies). I think for technical language, yes, you must have a baseline of rules (syntax) but for communication it does not seem to be as necessary.

      so how do you like the iPad?

      Unfortunately, I didn't get the iPad. I did stand in line and wait with Nate though. That was fun. I played with his for a while and from what I can tell, once there's 3G in it, I'm probably going to get one.
