You have to tell them. Just try to do it in a way that doesn't draw a lot of attention. Same goes for food stuck in a beard.

Yes. Growing up in my house dreams were very important. We had to wait till after breakfast to talk about them but we'd always explain them and try to analyze what they meant. I usually don't get enough sleep so I don't remember as many dreams now but when I sleep a lot, I always remember and still analyze them.

I woke up with Ida Maria's "I Like You So Much Better When You're Naked" in my head this morning even though I haven't listened to it in probably 8 months. Does that count?

Bats, because they can fly. Flying things are always scarier.

Integrity and character. Followed closely by humor and not taking themselves too seriously. Talent is usually a biproduct of the kind of people who fit the above guidelines as well. I like friends who'll motivate me to be better.

I try to not have a design style, per se. I believe that the design should augment the content, and therefore every design is going to be different. The content is what's important and the design should accentuate the content without asserting itself too strongly.
The best design adds something intangible that makes you happy when using an interface or a web site. That's the role design should play. If the content is properly showcased, the design becomes timeless so long as its content is relevant. -
I help make the Vimeo. I like to think I design experiences but interfaces are my primary focus.
