not as much as i think... i eat really fiberous foods which help fill my stomach up.. water helps... lots of raw veggies and water water water!

I have a passion for restaurant concepts.. and I thought what better way to start a restaurant with real kitchen experience! I go to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) and it was... a 50/50 going in.. but I have friends who go to ICE and it was rather easy for them! Their program is alot quicker and easier too not as intricate as CIA
