Oh. Teenagers are young and impulsive. The plus side of relationships then is that you would get to have a confidante at the most fragile state of our youth. Meeting each other would be tremendously frequent. And everything would seem super right. The bad part is that the wrong partner would drastically pull down ur grades or the bond with the family. Jealousy is another huge thing that could turn deadly if they have certain distructive disorders. Breakups would seem impossible and suicide statistics are higher in teen years.

In retrospect, fun to have but very difficult to have a healthy r/s if your personality is a strong and stubborn as mine. But there are few who made it till marriage but those are the rare ones. Teenagers should enjoy their youth instead of getting tied down, if you ask me.
