Ha - great question! He is cautiously loving towards her. He can sense we don't want him jumping all over her and such. He's a sweetie, licked her head a couple of times. :) And thank you!

I'm pro-hyphenation - that's what we did for my own daughter. We also gave her a middle name that is pretty fun if when she gets older she decides to ditch both our last names and just go with that. As for names getting longer and longer, I think that people can figure that out as they get older and see what works for them...in the meantime, two names isn't such a biggie.
