I don't know any good undergraduate game design schools, at present. I believe in getting a more traditional undergrad education, and minoring in game design.
Do you think my book proposed a unified theory of game design? I don't really see it that way. I just collected a lot of ideas in one basket, and tried to organize them a little. -

You just have to convince them that the time spent being a part of your game will save them money. If you can't convince them of that, you'll have a hard time.

I'd find a partner who can help you build the game. There are lots of starving game developers in the world!

Most people who are able to make games have too many ideas to bother stealing them. The thing to worry about is how you will get the game made, distributed, and marketed.

Clue is a good example, I think. So are Black Box and Master Mind. As for digital games -- I can't name any. And as for more formal "teaching" games, I don't know any.

No, I don't know any good books on the topic as of yet. Jane McGonigal's book is very inspirational, though, and it might give you some good ideas.

If you made a game, that's what you should describe on your resume. Anyone can publish games on their own now, so it is easy for you to have a published game on your resume!

It is the same framework as developing games, and equally as difficult.

Check out my book, "The Art of Game Design." You also might check out some of my gamification talks, such as the one I recently did at Google.
