TypePad has two ways to add a Like button. It can be added if you run the Beta version of TypePad. Or, cc: @unitedlinen If you use TypePad's Advanced Templates you can paste in the iFrame code as I did in this tutorial. you can find details on the TypePad site here: http://help.sixapart.com/tp/us/facebook_like_widget.html.

I use Screenr.com on some tutorials and Camtasia Studio on others. Sometimes I'll edit the raw files using Windows Movie Maker.

It looks like you *can* use one via their custom templates which appears to have full HTML control. Question is *should* you. You'd have to refer to the Posterous terms of use on that issue.

Having a "tweet to Twitter" feature on your blog is generally a good idea. However, you'd have to make sure that the content of the post matches the kinds of things that you tweet.
