      No, that's considered rape because he did not consent to having sex with her. He should not be held responsible for the baby unless he gave his consent.

      Debate #179: Would you support the idea "If you do not work you do not get help"? Instead of the government providing welfare, charitable societies would take care of the young and sick, leaving the government to only provide for the elderly and veterans?

      To be more specific in debate #178, the court has found one twin innocent and one twin guilty. It's been shown that the innocent twin had no involvement whatsoever and could not have stopped the incident from occurring.

      That is true, yes, but then how would they handle the conviction? The conjoined twins could be separated, but what if they don't want to be? They have their rights, too. Would they really convict an innocent person or let a guilty one walk free?

      Debate #178: If a conjoined twin was to pick up a knife and stab someone and there were witnesses present, what should happen? Would the innocent twin be forced to go to prison, or would the guilty twin get away with it?

      Separate them, if possible, before conviction.
      If they cannot be separated, they should both go to prison, because the one twin committed the crime, and the other one let it happen.
