most of my best friends don't even live in LA but that aside, it is all in your perception. go to the right places for the right people. it takes time and usually happens when you least expect it. put your true self out there and you will eventually find the ones who appreciate you for who you really are. all the rest don't matter..at least for now. sometimes judgement gets in the way of finding someone who could be a puzzle piece to your friendship puzzle. finding true friendship with yourself is the first step.

back in the friendster days my name was miss cellophane (inspired by the mr. cellophane bit from the movie/play Chicago) it has lasted all these years and now im sort of stuck with it.

Haha aww do I look like I am in love? I am pretty happy and peaceful right now in my life and there are a few people who I hold very dearly in my heart who magnify the calm and are sailing along in the same boat with me.

thank you im still working on it! my job is a bit of a workout (lots of lifting/walking and going up/down stairs) when im on track i usually do yoga, stretches, push-ups, sit-ups, leg-lifts, walk/jog/hike, etc. as far as diet goes, i eat primarily vegetarian/vegan/raw i usually make a smoothie in the morning with kale, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, carrots, red maca root, goji berries, spirulina, and aloe juice. that keeps me full for a while and then i stick with veggies, nuts, proteins, soups, salads for the rest of the day. i dont eat much sugar or bread but i always keep a healthy sweet snack in my apt (like coconut bliss ice cream or dark chocolate) as well as a salty crunchy snack (rice chips & salsa, pirates booty). i try to stay away from sugars/fruits/carbs at night. staying hydrated is important. for the most part i eat healthy but take breaks if i feel like it and then go back because i feel my best when i am eating well :)

as much as i feel like drinking? not too into hangovers though so i try to limit those nights.
