I don't have a great answer, other than just doing a little bit every day, and trying to limit the amount that I let each one distract me. I'm pretty reactive about everything on that list except for Twitter and my blog - everything else I'm more of a "responder" than an initiator. Sometimes I will also block off one hour at a time to process requests/emails/tweets - that's a helpful way to just power through. Good luck!
