I've had requests to not use people's names, which I am completely fine with. Once I photographed a friend for free and he later informed me I couldn't use the images online, which frustrated me. I should have been more clear about the terms up front.

Hmmm, I didn't know this was an issue for people. Like I said its only happened to me when the page doesn't load properly.
